PERE TANGUY

For Café Père Tanguy in Paris, GAU LIGHTING PARIS crafted a collection of lighting fixtures inspired by the traditional language of Parisian cafés, with particular attention paid to materials and the quality of the light they diffuse. The globe pendant lights combine hand-blown opaline glass, casting a soft, warm glow, with brass chains and lightly hammered repoussé brass fittings. This subtle surface treatment brings depth and texture to the material while preserving the understated elegance characteristic of historic lighting. With their timeless design and artisanal craftsmanship, these pieces blend naturally into the atmosphere of Café Père Tanguy, contributing to the warm and authentic character of the space.
