Didier BENDERLI

When prompted in making his first life choices, Didier Benderli decided to keep his options open and studied architecture at école de Paris Belleville, Art History at la Sorbonne and the arts and techniques of theater at ENSATT Paris - altogether. His bold choices were a winning bet - combining all artistic subjects built his sense of aesthetics.

About

He later lived in Brazil and fell in love with the country's light, its natural materials and a wild spirit that spawns and nurtures creativity. He also fostered his desire for interior architecture. Back in France, he then worked for various agencies before starting his own in 2000, KERYLOS Interiors. A name that is everything but random: an eponymous villa was built in 1902 in Beaulieu sur Mer, France. Its architecture was inspired by a perfectly designed Ancient Greek house. That close-to-perfection architectural achievement was made possible only because of the unique know-how of French craftsmen. Didier Benderli's artistic impetus is driven by this inspiration.
